She's very sweet and intelligent, but I've had issues with getting my medication twice because she doesn't approve my medication and my insurance is constantly trying to reach out & no one there ever answers the phone. To me its extremely unprofessional. Anyways I'm changing doctors.

Horrible.. Can't get through to them and they never call back. This was before COVID. Had problems with meds that she never resolved. Please don't go here not professional.

I've called and left voicemail after voicemail for three weeks now. No response. Don't waste your time. Update 2/28/2020: I finally got someone on the phone after several weeks. I'll update this review after my appointment. Update 7/21/2020: It took a few months (COVID-19 didn't help) but I finally got the care I needed from Dr. Bonyadi. I have to say, she is excellent and very willing to spend time with her patients to understand their problems and potential ways of helping. As a doctor, I would give her 5 stars... ...but the ability to contact her office (email, voicemails, phone call, whatever) is so poor I can't raise my rating above 2 stars. It's really frustrating never being able to talk to anyone there. I've been trying to get a copy of my medical records and schedule a followup appointment for weeks now and I've heard nothing. It's been the same story the entire 6 months I've had to deal with her office.

The worst experience with this office suggested brain wave test . The west coast radiologists kept calling their office for some clarifications but the doctor office never replied to them. Then radiologist told me not to come for the test. Please do not waste your time and money to go there. Doctors office never pickup the phone no call back Dissapointed
